The Marsch family, fourth generation Alaskans, wanted to create a restaurant that embodied the adventurous and healthy Alaskan lifestyle. After touring the country’s best tasting casual restaurants, they decided to create a fresh and simple fast casual concept. So after a long journey, FreshBowl Kitchen was born offering mouth-watering rice bowls and salads along with amazing sandwiches and smoothies. Friendly team members guide guests through the DYO line where they can choose from piping hot or cool bases, with delicious proteins and a vast assortment of seasonal toppings.
